Changes are written to config/config.json. Most settings require a restart of
the Node process to take effect. Discord token and web/session secrets are configured in
.env, not here.

SCUM/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/. Most settings require a server restart to take effect.
Manage Discord integration: post the account-linking panel embed, view linked accounts.
The bot must be running and Discord.GuildId must be set in
config/config.json.
